Martha Emada
Martha arrived at MCH from the war region. There is no school option for children there. She arrived in a very sick state, most likely suffering from cerebral malaria and typhoid, and spend her first days in the hospital. She was in a very bad condition and might not have lived without that intervention. She is related to Faith, another girl at MCH.
Martha loves gathering with family. She feels loved by acts of kindness, like when someone washes her dress. She is happy when she can share with others and would love to become a medical doctor. Math is her favorite subject, black her favorite color and Kontchap (a Cameroonian corn and bean dish) her favorite food.
